It is New Years Day and that means millions of people are recommitting themselves to a healthier lifestyle, more exercise, and weight loss.
I, too, have spent way too much money over the years on gym memberships, workout equipment, DVDs, and supplements. But the hard truth is there is no "magic pill" to safely lose weight and be healthier. It is all just you and the hard work of making healthier eating choices and get more active. BUT...
I have learned that AWARENESS is half the battle. Two years ago, I started using the FREE My Fitness Pal app. This tool helped me lose 27 pounds in six months just by heightening my awareness to my activity level and what I put in my mouth.
Since using My Fitness Pal, I have reviewed other calorie/fitness tracking apps. None compare to My fitness Pal's ease of use and comprehensive libary of foods.

+ Pairs with many of the popular wearable trackers, including FitBit, UP, UnderArmour, and Garmin.
+ Easy to use across all of your mobile devices and computer.
+ Easily connect with friends for encouragement and support.
